(I had to assemble it at work, lol) I forgot to whip up some mashed potatoes last night and the deli was closed so I had to use lunch meat turkey, but otherwise it was tasty. On sourdough.

Never apologize. A proper sandwich can’t be put down while you’re eating it.

    A delicious mess. 🤤

If you get a chance, I recommend putting the stuffing in a waffle maker and then using your stuffing waffles as the bread.

Oh my gosh. That looks soooo good. I know we’re all gearing up for Thanksgiving excess, but your sandwich looks better without the potatoes. The thinner sliced deli turkey, though maybe not authentic to the genre, seems like a good idea (prefer thinner sliced to thick hunks o’ meat).

I’d be more concerned if it *wasn’t* messy
